The Stanley V. Hart Memorial Scholarship is now available in the guidance office. To qualify for this one-time, non-renewable scholarship, a student must not be in the top ten percent of their graduating class, will be attending a two or four year college or university, and submit the essay. (The number and amount of scholarships will be determined on an annual basis.)

The Connie Turney Watson Scholarship is presented to a Clay City High School senior preparing to major in elementary education. The scholarship is established by Mrs. Watson’s family to honor her dedication as an elementary teacher. The scholarship is a one-time award of $1,500. The applicant must be a 2026 Clay City High School senior attending a four year college.

Students can explore an academic interest in a seminar and earn University credit through college-level course work. Students experience living in a residence hall and enjoy campus life activities in the evenings.

**Indiana Farm Bureau Ag Impact Scholarship
Three recipients will each receive a $2,000 scholarship. The Ag Impact Scholarships are designed to focus on the applicant's current involvement, future commitment, and potential impact in agriculture as well as academic and career potential.

**2026 Indiana Freemasons Scholarship
Scholarship awards are open to qualifying Master Masons or, children, stepchildren, and orphans of Master Masons in good standing in an Indiana Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons. Bennett, a 2022 Graduate of Northview High School, one of three Valedictorians of his class, a competitive two sport athlete and a great mentor and friend to many. ISU Federal Credit Union is offering four (4) $5,000 scholarships for the 2026-2027 school year.
The scholarships are eligible for annual renewal, up to four years, allowing recipients to potentially receive a maximum amount of $20,000 in scholarships over the course of their collegiate years. Applications are available to ISU Federal Credit Union members intending to enroll or are already enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program at either Indiana State University or Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. The total amount of $5,000 will be distributed in $2,500 increments each semester. The stipend will be made payable to the institution to cover tuition, books, and/or fees. Leona Marjorie Dierdorf was born in Clay City on February 29, 1920, and died in Greencastle on February 13, 1984. Marjorie, or Marg as she was called by most, was a graduate of Brazil High School and Indiana State University. She was a home economist in Knox, Martin, and Morgan counties from 1949 to 1980. Vincennes was her home for many of those years. After retiring in 1980, she moved to Putnam County to spend her retirement years with her sister.

John D. Rudd Memorial Scholarship
The John D. Rudd Memorial Scholarship was established to encourage graduating senior students to further their education. This program, funded entirely by the voluntary contributions of the members of South Central Indiana REMC, will provide up to 5 scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each.
The program is open to all residents of Brown, Clay, Johnson, Monroe, Morgan, Owen, and Putnam counties who meet all the following criteria:
- the applicant is a son, daughter, or legal dependent of a South Central Indiana REMC member who contributes to the Operation RoundUp® Program;

— The Indiana Commission for Higher Education
is currently accepting applications for the Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship,
which provides up to $40,000 in financial aid to aspiring teachers.
“Many of us have a story about a great teacher who changed their lives
for the better, and Indiana is eager to have more of these inspirational
leaders in our classrooms,” said Dr. Katie Jenner, Indiana Secretary of
Education. “The Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship supports
aspiring teachers by making college more affordable, so students can
focus on their education and gain the knowledge and skills they need to
make a lasting difference for Hoosier students.”
High-achieving high school and college students who plan to teach in
Indiana for at least five years can receive up to $10,000 per year of
college (up to $40,000 total) from the scholarship. Students must apply
by February 28, 2026, via ScholarTrack.IN.gov.
To qualify for the scholarship, students must meet one of the following
academic requirements:
- Rank
in the top 20% of their high school graduating class OR
- Have
a top 20th percentile score on the ACT (25) or SAT (1120) OR
- Have
a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 on a 4.0
scale
Now in its
tenth year, the Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship aims to
strengthen Indiana’s teacher pipeline. Nearly 90 percent of scholarship
recipients from the inaugural cohort are still actively teaching in an
Indiana classroom or continuing their education beyond a bachelor’s
degree. Additionally, a record-breaking 1,091 students applied for the
scholarship last year, a 15-percentage point increase from the previous
year’s record-breaking number of 945 applicants.
To continue earning the scholarship while in college, students must
annually file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), earn
at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA, and complete at least 30 credit hours.
Additionally, current college students who apply must be able to use the
scholarship for at least two full academic years.

ISU Federal Credit Union Scholarship Application
The ISU Federal Credit Union offers four $5,000 tuition scholarships and four $500 book scholarships annually to members intending to enroll or who are already enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program at either Indiana State University or Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
Eligibility Requirements
1. The applicant must be an ISU Federal Credit Union member in good standing, with an account opened on or before January 23, 2026. The successful applicant must maintain membership status throughout the duration of the award. A member in good standing is defined as a member who has a minimum balance of $5.00 in his or her account, has not been delinquent on any loans, and has not caused the ISU Federal Credit Union a loss.
2. The applicant must have a grade point average of 2.75 or above (on a 4.0 scale).
3. The applicant must demonstrate leadership skills, along with involvement in school and/or community activities.
4. The applicant must be enrolled or intend to enroll in an undergraduate degree program at either Indiana State University or Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College on a full-time basis (minimum of twelve (12) credit hours).
5. The applicant cannot be an ISU Federal Credit Union employee or official. Immediate family members of, or anyone living in the same household with, ISU Federal Credit Union employees or officials are also ineligible. The Fund offers Academic scholarships for current high school seniors planning to attend college in the fall of 2026. These scholarships range from $1,000 to $10,000. Vocational/Training Program scholarships are also available ranging from $500 to $2,000.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
·-Be a graduating high school senior (or equivalent) in the U.S. or Canada planning to enroll in a four-year college, community college, or trade/vocational school.
·-Be the son, daughter, or financial dependent of a Teamster member (including members of the BMWED, BLET, GCC, and TCRC).
·-The Teamster member relation must be in "continuous good standing" in the union.
·-For academic scholarships, a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is typically required.
·-Applicants can only apply for one type of scholarship (either academic or training/vocational).

Hunting With Hunter Harrison Scholarship
-This scholarship is funded by the Hunting with Hunter Harrison Foundation in memory of Hunter Max Harrison and is available to a graduating senior from Northview High School or Clay City High School who is planning to attend a four year college/university. They will award at least one $5,000 and one $1,000 scholarship.
-Return the completed application to the guidance office by December 19, 2025.

The Elks National Foundation (ENF) has kicked off the 2026 scholarship year. Here are the details!
Most Valuable Student (MVS) Contest: The 2026 MVS application is now open. Applications can be found online at enf.elks.org/MVS. The application deadline is November 12, 2025.
The Elks National Foundation (ENF) awards 500 four-year scholarships based on academics, leadership, and financial need. National awards range from $1,000 per year to $7,500 per year. The national awards will be announced in April 2026.
MVS scholarships are for high school seniors who plan to pursue a four-year degree on a full-time basis (minimum of 12 semester hours), at a U.S. college or university starting in 2026-27. Some important applicant details include:
« Current high school seniors (or equivalent) who are citizens of the United States are eligible to apply.
« Applicants do not have to be related to a member of the Elks.
« Male and female students compete separately.
Applicants select from a list of the Lodges closest to their home address zip code. Please have your students choose BRAZIL ELKS LOT 762 as their sponsoring Lodge. Complete details can be found at enf.elks.org/MVS.
Legacy Awards – The Legacy Awards contest opens on September 1, 2025. Legacy Awards provide $4,000 scholarships for children and grandchildren of dues-paying Elk members. Burger King Scholars Scholarship

-Scholarships range from $1,000 to $60,000 and are intended to offset the cost of attending college or post-secondary vocational/technical school. Salvation Army First Generation Hope Scholarship
Requirements include:• Completion of this form. Please answer all items fully and completely.• Personal statement written by your nominee – not to exceed 1,200words.• Copy of high school transcript.• A faculty or staff recommendation letter, explaining why your nominee should receive a Salvation Army First Generation Hope Scholarship. The letter should state how the student has overcome substantialhardships - environmental, emotional, mental or physical - and what effect a college education will haveon the student and his/her family.• An additional letter of recommendation (from pastor, coach, mentor, etc.)

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program
The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to students in their final year of high school. Each year, the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation awards 150 college scholarships worth $20,000 to high school students across the United States through the Coca-Cola Scholars Program. The Phase 1 application is open August 1 - September 30 to students currently enrolled in high school with plans to graduate in the 2025-2026 year and who meet the eligibility criteria. This phase requires no essays, no transcript, and no recommendations.

The American Legion Family Scholarship/Essay

CRM Scholarship Program
Every year Endeavor Communications offers the Cedric Ray Memorial Scholarship to eligible high school seniors. To be eligible for the $1,500 scholarship, students must live with their parent or guardian who is a member of Endeavor Communications and maintains their primary residence service in an exchange served by Endeavor Communications. Completed applications must be submitted by March 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
